3. CANCELLATION The full balance of rent paid is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 14 days prior to booked arrival date / or subject to re-letting on a shorter notice. |

This is made by credit card authorization transaction and will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding account and after an inventory check has been made.
